2. The original tag must be intact.

3. You must communicate the exchange request within 7 days.

4. The item must be returned in its original condition.

Yes — but only if you haven’t found anything to exchange your item with. Once you've explored our available options and still don’t find a match, we will issue a refund.

We use an in-house rider for Nairobi deliveries.

The rider will wait while you check multiple items, if needed.

You pay after delivery, once you're satisfied.

Delivery costs are covered by the client, unless stated otherwise.

We use Wells Fargo for secure, reliable parcel delivery.

If you prefer another courier, we’re open — but Sarai Afrique is not liable for loss/damage when using your choice.

Full payment (including delivery) is required before dispatch.
