Deliveries Within Nairobi

• We deliver using our trusted in-house rider for speed and reliability.
• Delivery is done within less than 24 hours after your order is placed and confirmed.
• You’re free to check and try on multiple items upon delivery.
• Payment is made after delivery, once you’re satisfied with your order.
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed early in the day.
• Delivery fees are covered by the client, unless otherwise stated.

Deliveries Outside Nairobi

• We ship nationwide via Wells Fargo for secure, trackable parcel delivery.
• If you prefer another courier, we’re open to your choice — but please note, Sarai Afrique is not liable for loss or damage when a courier of your choice is used.
• Full payment, including delivery charges, is required before dispatch.
• A tracking number or delivery update will be shared once your parcel is dispatched.
